The buyer and NewGlove define the intended market, application, glove specification, evidence, packaging and forecast. Samples and controlled artwork are approved before contract production in Malaysia, followed by the agreed quality, documentation and delivery route.
What's the minimum order quantity?
The commercial minimum depends on the glove specification, packaging, colour, formulation and manufacturing route. NewGlove confirms the applicable minimum in the written quotation after reviewing the programme brief.
What's the lead time?
Sampling, approval, production and delivery timing is quoted for each programme. Artwork approval, testing scope, material availability, destination, freight and regulatory work can all affect the schedule.
Which regions can you supply?
We assess programmes for the UK, EU, US, Canada and Asian markets. The applicable registration, product status, labelling and documentation are confirmed for the exact product and destination before commercial commitments are made.
Can you do custom colours?
Custom colour matching can be assessed as part of the programme brief. Feasibility, commercial minimums, tooling and timing are confirmed in writing for the selected specification before approval.
Who owns the specification?
You do. We don't manufacture your specification for anyone else without your written consent, and we don't use your branding outside of agreed marketing materials.
Can you handle the regulatory side?
Responsibilities are defined for the exact product and destination market. NewGlove can provide applicable product documents and help identify evidence requirements, but no product or programme is treated as authorised for a market until its status and responsibilities are confirmed.
