The questions buyers actually ask.
What's the minimum order quantity?
4,000 cartons at 1,000 pieces per carton for the first batch of a new specification. Bespoke colour or formulation work may require a higher first-batch volume.
What's the lead time?
3–4 weeks from PO to delivery on first orders. Repeat orders against an established specification run on a 2–3 week cadence.
Which regions can you supply?
EU, UK, US, Canada and most of Asia. We hold EU MDR, UK MHRA, US FDA and a handful of regional registrations. Anywhere else, we'll talk you through the regulatory pathway before you commit.
Can you do custom colours?
Yes. Custom colour matching adds a week or two to first-batch lead time and a one-off tooling charge, but it's straightforward. Most of the catalogue is available in any of our standard glove colours for orders of 4 million pieces and above.
Who owns the specification?
You do. We don't manufacture your specification for anyone else without your written consent, and we don't use your branding outside of agreed marketing materials.
Can you handle the regulatory side?
Yes — for the regions we already supply into. We provide the certification documentation; you handle (or we co-handle) any region-specific market authorisation work.
